A Note About the Use of Special Characters in File Names
Note: Blackboard 9 currently does not support the use of the pound sign (#) in file names for uploaded files (e.g., Assignment #1.docx).
Please do not use the pound sign when naming files that will be uploaded to Blackboard 9. Additionally, please advise your students to refrain from using the pound sign when naming files that will be uploaded to Blackboard 9. An example of an acceptable file name is "Assignment 1.docx."
