Instructor
- Call-in to phone bridge using a physical phone instead of VoIP
- Use a desktop computer with a HD camera
- Avoid using wireless
- Set parameters for the session with students such as:
- All participants will be muted
- Unmute when asking a question
- Preface the conversation with an introduction to activate “Active Speaker” mode
- Start the question with “This is first name, last name...,” then state the question.

- Keep an eye on Chat window for student questions
- If there are bandwidth issues, have participants disable video
- Enable video when speaking along with mic
Participant (Student)
- Avoid using wireless (unless using iPad or mobile device)
- If using VoIP audio option, use headset to avoid echo during session
- Do not activate mic until ready to speak
- Mute mic when not talking
- If there are bandwidth issues, disable video
