RIVERSIDE -- Brisco’s Village Café officially opened its doors on Wednesday, October 6 on the campus of California Baptist University.
Brisco’s is located on the Northeast side of campus in the “Village at CBU” (formerly known at Rose Garden Village Apartments). With indoor/outdoor seating for 300, Brisco’s provides an additional campus dining option for members of the CBU community.
CBU students may use their meal plans for lunch, dinner, and/or late nite menu at Brisco's. Purchases can also be made with cash, debit cards and credit cards.
Brisco’s will be open between 10:30 am and 11 pm, Monday through Friday.
