    Church Membership / Activities

I attend Flipside Church in Rancho Cucamonga with my wife Lori and my daughter Reagan.  I am actively involved in the children's and youth ministry.  My wife and I also partner with the Hungarian Baptist Church in Cluj-Napoca, Romania to co-lead an annual VBS-style summer children's camp.

    Practical Work Experience:

My educational background includes a strong concentration in quantitative research methodology.  After returning to UCR to complete my Ph.D., I worked as a graduate student researcher and educational consultant.  Before that, I taught tenth grade English at Baldwin Park High School.  As a high school teacher, I focused on applying the principles of cognitive psychology to the practical needs English learners and other at-risk students.
