What is a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership?
The Organizational leadership bachelor's degree program will provide specific training in managerial strategies, employee communication and organizational structuring. Students will learn about negotiating business and employee needs, re-training strategies, analyzing financial reports and making organizational changes. Graduates can gain employment in human resources departments, financial management firms, healthcare facilities and nonprofit organizations.

Our Bachelor's degree program in Organizational Leadership will prepare students for careers that involve motivating employees and making management decisions. In these programs, students will learn about strategies for instructing workers and team members, resolving conflicts and implementing new policies. They will also learn about building professional relationships with clients and employees. Graduates will possess the skills to facilitate meetings, supervise business restructuring and analyze market research.

An accelerated degree program which can be completed in as little as 16 months, the B.A. in Organizational Leadership is aimed to be helpful for students who desire to earn their degree while working. Program Requirements
Program requirements include coursework to complete the designated major, the Christian Studies general education requirement, and in some cases, upper division electives. To complete a degree students must complete all major, general education and degree requirements.
