Healthcare simulation as an educational methodology is a fast-growing industry. The Master of Science in Healthcare Simulation Leadership is designed to prepare students with the leadership components required to develop, facilitate and maintain healthcare-based simulation learning activities. Students within this program will develop expertise in healthcare simulation and become healthcare simulation leaders committed to increasing patient quality and safety outcomes within their chosen organization.

This degree is fully online and will be taught by faculty members who will provide a strong foundation in simulation as an educational methodology. Additionally, the program is fully integrated across seven healthcare disciplines. The interdisciplinary classes make for interesting dialogue and discussion.
