The Online and Professional Studies Division (OPS) at California Baptist University, invites applications for new faculty positions in multiple discipline and program subject areas. The positions include participation in course and program development, implementation and assessment. University teaching experience in an online or hybrid modality and demonstrated potential for scholarly publication is desired. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate integration of faith and learning in his or her teaching. Applications are also encouraged from distinguished candidates at senior levels.
Dr. Dirk M. Davis, dean of academics, said “The faculty positions reside in CBU’s Online and Professional Studies division, which is primarily responsible for distance education including both hybrid and online courses. The OPS division is expanding program delivery at the undergraduate and graduate level in Business Administration, Christian Studies, Communications, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Studies, Education, and General Psychology. “
