Joshua Knabb is newly appointed Assistant Professor of Psychology at California Baptist University – Online & Professional Studies

Joshua Knabb has been named Assistant Professor of Psychology at California Baptist University – Online and Professional Studies, effective August 18, 2011.

A Riverside, California native, Dr. Knabb was formerly a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Graduate Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. Knabb completed his Doctoral studies at Azusa Pacific University and completed his Postdoctoral Psychology Residency as well as a subsequent Doctoral Psychology Internship at Philhaven Hospital in Mount Gretna, Pennsylvania. Dr. Knabb will play a central role in the planning and building of the University's online offerings in Psychology.

Dr. Knabb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands; a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.  He and his wife reside in the greater Riverside area. 

California Baptist University Online & Professional Studies offers a B.A. in Psychology degree-completion program.  CBU’s B.A. in Psychology major prepares graduates for employment in human and social service careers.  Students emerge from the program equipped with important skills including the ability to assess client needs, keep thorough and accurate records, express care and empathy and to act as an advocate for clients.
