First annual research symposium

October 24, 2018 - Riverside, CA

California Baptist University Division of Online and Professional Studies, Tyler Plaza location, recently hosted The First Annual CBU Online and Professional Studies Faculty and Student Research Symposium. The poster symposium highlighted recent faculty and student scholarship from multiple disciplines. The purpose of this symposium is to highlight recent student and faculty research, and is intended to encourage others to engage in research.

The presenters were:

  • Dr. Tanya S. Harris, CPA who is a recent graduate from the Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) program.
  • Ms. Ellen Van Druten, MPH, a recent Master of Public Health program graduate, along with Drs. Janet Bonome, Dominic Sturz, and Ogbochi McKinney from the Department of Health Science.
  • Ms. Melissa Sanchez, MPH, Drs. Janet Bonome, Dominic Sturz, and Ogbochi McKinney, and Ms. Julisa Alviso-Silva, Department of Health Science.
  • Drs. Greg Bowden, Dirk Davis, and Jeanette Guignard from the Department of Education.
  • Mr. Robert Hayden, Department of Education.
  • Mr. Thomas Jernejcic, Department of Business.
  • Drs. Riste Simnjanovski, Elizabeth Morris, and Dirk Davis, OPS Leadership.
  • Drs. Frederick, Dunbar, and Ardito from the Departments of Behavioral Science and Business.
